Can I use my own domain?
Yes, you can. You need to have your own domain. If you already have the domain, you can add it to the StoreHippo admin panel and set up the domain to point it to StoreHippo servers using the domain providers panel.
Can I downgrade/upgrade my plan at any time I want?
Yes, StoreHippo lets you upgrade/downgrade your plan. Once your current plan is over, you can change your plan i.e. upgrade/downgrade as per the features you need at that point in time.
Do you have any transaction fees?
StoreHippo follows a fair fee policy when it comes to transaction charges. Every subscription plan has a limit on the online sales volume. Once the customer exceeds the limit as per their plan, a nominal percentage-based or fixed charge is levied on total sales above the limit.
Do you help in migration to StoreHippo?
Yes, StoreHippo helps to make your migration process very smooth and painless. If you already have an ecommerce website or are using a different ecommerce platform for your business, you can migrate to StoreHippo in a few simple and easy steps. From basic store setup and organising products to setting up your website and apps, we provide guidance and support at each step of your migration.
Can I take my data if I move out of the platform?
StoreHippo allows you to export most of the store’s backend data like products, customers, orders etc. through APIs and Bulk exports.
Can I cancel my plan any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime. However, no refunds are available on the subscription fee for the remaining period of your subscription

How does integrated logistics work?
You get notified by Email/SMS whenever you customer buys a product. After getting the notification you simply have to ship your products from your admin dashboard and the courier partner comes to your address to pick up the order!
Can i generate shipping label and invoice using your dashboard?
Yes, and that too with your customized branding on it.
Do I need to create my own account with the logistics providers?
If you are shipping within India, then you can use pre-integrated logistics through Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Aramex and XpressBees etc. without creating your own account. For other countries, you will need your own account with the logistics partner available in your country.
How many pincodes do you cover in the pre-intergrated logistics feature?
We have 27000+ serviceable pin codes across India.
Is there any minimum shipment required by the shipping partners?
No! You can ship as many orders as you want to ship!
I don't want your logistic services, will there be any changes in price?
Like the other features, logistics is pre-integrated in some plans but it is completely upto you if you want to use it or not. The pricing would remain the same. If you deliver the product using any external logistics services, you can still use our backend to mark the order as shipped for tracking purposes. You can also see which order has been shipped and which order has not been shipped!
Is StoreHippo platform mobile-ready?
Absolutely. All stores built on StoreHippo platform are Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and are powered by mobile-first architecture.
Do you have support for building mobile apps for my store?
Yes, you can build Android and iOS apps for your store without writing any extra code. Android app is supported from the Premium plan onwards while the iOS app requires the Enterprise Plan.
Will you make my mobile apps live in the Playstore and Appstore?
Yes, we will certainly help you do the same as part of initial store setup. However, you have to publish the apps from your own developer account.
