Rajiv Kumar is a dynamic entrepreneur who set on his journey in the year 1998. He is a hardcore industry professional with a diverse working experience spanning 20 years in top-notch IT companies in India and U.S. like Oracle, E-Trade Financial, HCL Technologies and Waterfall Mobile. He is an alumnus of National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.

Kriti has been working as the Co-founder and CPO of Hippo Innovations since the year 2013. She has spearheaded the role of product development department at Hippo Innovations (formerly Manusis Technologies), an e-Commerce solution provider company.

She has been instrumental in directing the overall product by establishing organizational policies and processes, devising a strategy for developing products and positioning it in the market.
Kriti started her professional life initially as a graphic designer where she worked with the product team in the US to analyze requirements, design mockup screens, create animated demos and develop marketing material. She then joined Hippo Innovations (formerly Manusis Technologies) in the year 2008, where she worked as the Senior Graphic Designer and worked with the clients to analyze requirements, design screens for products, create animated demos and interact with the development team to optimize the design. Finally, she joined the product development team as a Co-founder and CPO at Hippo Innovations (formerly Manusis Technologies).
Kriti has a rich and diverse experience of over a decade spanning across fashion, designing, animation, and technology sectors. She holds a Masters degree in Management Science, with Textile and Clothing as her subject of specialization. She is passionate about creating a world-class organization where employees are happy and engaged and strive towards excellence. She is a working mother and a stickler for processes and planning things out with a well-defined laid out plan. In her free time, she loves to cook and spend meaningful time with her children.

Amit oversees India & SE Asia business for NewQuest and oversees investments in the power and financial services sectors. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of NewQuest. Amit has more than 14 years of industry experience.

Prior to working at BAML, he worked as a software engineer based in Mumbai and the USA. Amit has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, where he was placed in Director's Merit List for his performance and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from REC Kurukshetra, where he received the University gold medal.
